Tribe Up North LLC is a service-based business owned and operated by Lydia Gallagher, offering business coaching, education, brand photography, and digital products to clients and customers worldwide.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. By using the Site, you agree that you will not:

4. Coaching Services

By purchasing a coaching session or program, you acknowledge and agree:

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or financial/legal advice.
All coaching services are offered as educational and transformational tools.
Your results are your responsibility, and outcomes vary based on your participation and implementation.
You agree to show up fully for the agreed-upon sessions, submit required materials on time, and respect the scheduling policies.

Rescheduling + Cancellation Policy:

Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be forfeited. No-shows are considered used sessions.

5. Photography Services

When booking brand photography, you agree to the terms outlined in the signed photography contract, including:

Image delivery timeline and file format
Usage rights and permissions
Model release and promotional usage
Deposits and cancellation fees

Tribe Up North retains the right to use select photos for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in a custom contract. We accept payments through secure third-party processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or HoneyBook.

Payment Plans: If a payment plan is offered and selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of outcome or engagement level.

Refunds: Due to the custom nature of coaching and digital products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a program, product, or session has been delivered or started.

7. Digital Products + Courses

All digital products, downloads, templates, courses, and workshop materials are for your individual use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing outside your business without written permission is prohibited.

Access to course materials may be time-limited and subject to platform availability.

8. Testimonials and Results Disclosure

Client testimonials are shared with permission and reflect personal experiences. Results are not guaranteed and depend on various factors such as client commitment, niche, offer, and marketing efforts.

9. Affiliate Links + Third Parties

We may occasionally share affiliate links to products or services we believe in. We may earn a small commission from these links, but it will never cost you more.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services linked from this Site.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tribe Up North disclaims any and all liability for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from your use of this Site, coaching services, or photography sessions.
